Roni has espoused a life of worship, service, development, and learning and her heart has always been for the poor in spirit and the economically impoverished. She is a learning and training specialist, an educator and an organization development advocate. With her international training and her wealth of experience, Roni can add value to any aspect of the organization. She can coach employees, train leaders, help with the operations, counsel people in the community, develop partnerships, and manage people. There are three things that have motivated her past ministries and these are: ministers’ sound and correct handling of the Word of God, provision of equitable and appropriate learning and livelihood opportunities for individuals with disabilities, and provision of developmental and transformational leadership trainings to marginalized people.
