Hannah Rose Baes is a Certified Public Accountant who gave up her career to serve impoverished urban and rural communities in Davao City, Philippines through Innovative Education, Economic Empowerment, Entrepreneurship and Financial Inclusion to boost productivity and inclusive growth.
She earned a certificate in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Social Change from the University for Peace, mandated by the United Nations and was chosen as one of 5 Filipinos who were sent to the US for an Academic Fellowship on Social Entrepreneurship and Economic Development sponsored by the US Department of State. She was also selected as the only Filipino peer mentor during the Empowering Educators in Southeast Asia Workshop held in Malaysia.
Her burning passion is to give the best to the least and she believes that when given the necessary tools, we could unleash the incredible potential of the poor.
